SportsEngine Compatibility

Step 1: Go to team page on YLM and add "/ical" to the end of the URL Code. Copy that URL

Step 2: On SportsEngine HQ go to Website -> Website Settings -> iCal Feeds -> Add iCal Feed

Step 3: Paste the URL, Name the iCal Feed (ex: 2026 YLM Tonka 14UA), Select which team you want to receive the iCal feed via the Tags feature

Step 1: Go to team page and Roster. Anyone with staff permissions (coaches, team managers, association leadership) can roster teams. Crossbar associations' staff auto-push to the YLM Team Page, SportsEngine associations will have to add their own staff manually to each team. Press the Roster Players button highlighted

Step 2: Download the Roster CSV Template. SportsEngine users can export their rosters, just make sure that the field headings are identical to the Crossbar template headings. Everything is required except for jersey numbers, which is optional.
